Dear Readers,

Joe Wheeler attended a local Conifer Kiwanas Club meeting September 28th.  Joe is one of those people who doesn’t make a big deal about his presence, but he makes you feel like he is an old friend.

In order to give us each a chance to look through his newest book, Christmas in My Heart – Volume 25, he passed out several copies.   One of the men sitting at the table said, “It brings tears to your eyes – looking into the America that we grew up in, and that we see slipping away, and in some cases, is gone or almost gone.”

For the past 25 years, Joe has annually published a new book of Christmas stories.  He chooses his stories from his life-long efforts to build a library that reflects the America that some of us still remember or the America we have heard about from our parents and grandparents.

Those who have only heard the distorted, revisionist, censored and made-up “history” about our American heritage — get glimpses of the America they never knew or heard about.  Joe’s books are light in the manufactured darkness.

I encourage you to purchase Joe’s Christmas in My Heart books.   They will ignite in your heart your old love for our country — or create a new love.  The books will encourage you to stand up for our country — against those who are robbing us of the American past.

A little background behind Joe’s Christmas in my Heart books.

In 1991 Joe prepared the manuscript for the first Christmas in My Heart book.  He didn’t number it, because he didn’t realize that he would continue compiling more Christmas in My Heart stories for years to come.  Twenty-five years later, he’s published #25, and is still going strong.  People continue to buy these wonderful books.

If you go to Joe’s website, http://joewheelerbooks.com/, you will be pleasantly surprised to learn of the great breadth of the content of his publications — he has written much more than his Christmas in My Heart series of books.

Who is Joe?

One of his many accomplishments has been to co-found  Zane Grey’s West Society.    www.zgws.org
