Our right to own property and be able to make decisions about our own property, is shrinking at an alarming rate. When property rights are destroyed, also destroyed are “free enterprise, the American way of life, and ultimately Freedom itself.”
June 21, 2017, Dr. Michael Coffman died. His passing was a great loss to the battle for our freedom as a nation.

Subject: Celebrating the Property Rights Legacy of Dr. Michael Coffman
Late last month the conservative movement lost a long-time defender of private property rights. Dr. Michael Coffman, an author, researcher, speaker, and one of the first in the fight against Agenda 21 Sustainable Development, died on June 21, 2017. Dr. Coffman was the President of Environmental Perspectives and the Executive Director of Sovereignty International.
He is the author of several books, has spoken to audiences across America and Canada, and has been featured as a guest on numerous national radio and television shows. We are proud to have hosted him at Eagle Council, Collegians Leadership Summit, and on Radio Live many times over the years. We also have his books and video works in our library.
Dr. Coffman wrote a farewell message that contained, in part, one of the stories for which we are most grateful for Dr. Coffman’s many contributions to fight against globalists and radical global warming advocates. On June 19, he wrote, “In 1994, myself and a few other individuals stopped the cloture vote to move forward to ratify the Convention on Biological Diversity Treaty which would have destroyed property rights in our country, thereby destroying free enterprise, the American way of life, and ultimately Freedom itself.”
Dr. Coffman’s actions to stop this ratification is a huge victory. Not only his own actions but his writings, maps, and information have been used by grassroots activists from coast to coast to stop the globalist agenda at every level. We are forever grateful for his tireless work and contributions to the conservative cause.
As we prepare for the 24th annual Collegians Summit next week, please watch this video below from our 2010 Collegians Summit, as Dr. Michael Coffman speaks on his book Rescuing a Broken America.
