Despite his failure at presidential politics, Jeb Bush emerged from the recent campaign with perhaps unparalleled influence on K-12 education. Minions with ties to his Florida-based, Bill Gates-funded Foundation for Excellence in Education (FEE) are populating the U.S. Department of Education (USED) under Secretary Betsy DeVos, and FEE leverages Bush’s education legacy to push its preferred policies in multiple states. One of those policies is competency-based education (CBE).

In Blog Post 0178 you can read Joseph Goebbels’ quote  — it talks about making up a huge lie and repeating it over and over to manipulate people.  You can also read his quote in Quotation 26 on the Quotations page of this website.

We need to be slow to judge people, and slow to anger.  Those who wish to control us, use against us, our weakness to swiftly judge and to get angry.  They keep repeating lies — lies that are designed to divide.

It is difficult to avoid judging people,
when quick harsh judgment is all around us every day.

Almost no matter where we go, people seem to be angry, saying bad things about people — frequently these uncomplimentary words are about people they don’t even know.  People often seem to be eager to cut someone else down.  These harsh unkind words are not only focused on strangers, but just as easily shift focus to people close to home:  people in our schools, our churches, at work, in our neighborhoods, clubs …  and in our own families .

Human nature is a combination of both good and bad.  Those who have evil goals in mind to control other people, frequently take advantage of the weaknesses of human nature (greed, selfishness, dishonesty, pride, vengeance, gossip, hatred, anger, impatience).  They encourage and feed these weaknesses, in order to divide us from each other, so that they can accomplish their own selfish goals.

This past week at several Christmas parties, the subject of secret brain washing of students came up, and data gathering.

In the 1980s I became aware of this subversive activity that has been going on in the schools of our country.  A teachers book entitled Teaching as a Subversive Activity It is just one instruction book in teacher subversion.  People are beginning to understand that the schools are “kidnapping” the minds of students.

The Classic Learning Test (CLT) is an alternative that is actually being used now.  

The CLT came about specifically out of a need seen first-hand by its Founder, Jeremy Tate, who, while running a test-prep company, saw that homeschooled and privately educated students were being disproportionately discriminated against by being held to standards they had rejected. WHAT SCHOOLS IN GENERAL ARE NOT TEACHING — WHY?

H.L. Mencken wrote in The American Mercury in April 1924
that the aim of public education is not:

“…to fill the young of the species with knowledge and awaken their intelligence… Nothing could be further from the truth. The aim… is simply to reduce as many individuals as possible to the same safe level, to breed and train a standardized citizenry, to put down dissent and originality. That is its aim in the United States… ”

Coordinated education

Worldwide, education has become a coordinated effort to control the minds and bodies of all people.  That has always been the goal under dictatorships (Marxism, Socialism, Communism, etc.)  The nature of dictatorships is to program the minds of adults and children (from birth to death) — in order to contain and manipulate them.

Schools, in general, are not teaching students

to be able: to read; to love reading; to write (in schools cursive is not in the national standards, and almost no printing is taught); to  be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide; to memorize the abc’s, math tables, names/dates . . .; to research outside the limited material that is  provided and recommended by school curriculum; to learn from history, including knowledge of of America’s founding; to learn to think independently and to communicate; to debate and defend positions logically; to learn about and discuss different faiths without condemnation of the faiths or condemnation of the people within the faiths, or those talking about the faiths (including Christianity and Judaism).

Schools in general are censoring what students can say about political philosophies (like Nazism, Socialism, Communism, Fascism, Republics, Democracies, Oligarchies, Monarchies) ….

WHY all the controlled censorship and carefully structured fabrication of false “history” that avoids basic U.S. History and avoids the U.S. Constitution and our Bill of Rights?  These were written to protect us from a tyrannical government.
